How the price calculator works
- The client picks a session: portrait, family, headshots, event, wedding or a mini session
- They set the size: hours of coverage, or how many people
- They tick the add-ons you offer for that session
- They see the price, and you get the inquiry with the session, the add-ons and the total
Sample packages (your prices replace these)
- Portrait session: $250 for the first hour, $150 each extra hour
- Family session: $325 for two people, $20 for each extra person
- Headshots: $175 for one person, $125 for each extra person
- Event coverage: $500 for two hours, $200 each extra hour
- Wedding coverage: $2,200 for four hours, $250 each extra hour
- Mini session: $150 for 20 minutes, $15 for each extra person
Add-ons that raise the average sale
Extra edited images, rush delivery, a print package, a fine art album, a wall canvas, a second shooter and travel beyond your free radius. Each one shows up next to the session it belongs to. Read how to sell prints and albums for what to offer.
Why it matters
A client who builds the order themselves does not feel sold to. And you stop answering "how much for a family session?" by email ten times a week.
